Signing in with Facebook


Rest assured, your credentials are still available!

At this time, our mobile app no longer supports Signing in with Facebook. We found that a very small number of users used this feature.

If you've used "Sign in with Facebook" in the past...

  • Simply use the same email address associated with your Facebook account. If you sign in with that, you'll instantly have access to your existing account.
  • If you can't remember which email address is associated with Facebook, sign into Facebook and find out.
  • If your Facebook account email has changed, and you're unable to access that email inbox, visit I can't access my email.
  • If you're still not sure which email was used, contact us, and we'll try to locate your account using your name and past credentials.

Once you are able to successfully sign in, we highly recommend updating your account with your preferred email address to avoid any access issues in the future.
