Where did my Credentials go?
We assure you, all your credentials are still available!
This usually means you have signed in with a different email address are are accessing an entirely new account or an unexpected account from your past.
First thing to try: Sign out and sign in with another email address that you might have used in the past. If you've realized your older account belongs to an email address that you can no longer access, see I can't access my email.
Second thing to try: If you are an iOS user, there's a chance you used "Sign in with Apple" in the past. Please visit Signing in with Apple.
Third thing to try: If you've ever reset your password in the past, you might have an email sent to your correct email address from: noreply@piacet-51de7.firebaseapp.com - search your email archives, and may be able to identify the precise email was sent to.
Fourth thing to try: Contact us, and we'll try to locate your account using your name and any credentials you may have uploaded in the past.
